Did you like the eagle dance example?

Yes I like the eagle dance performance.

Why or why not?

First of all this resembles one of our traditional aspects during circumcision, that’s transitioning from childhood to manhood and I do second the eagle dance because it is sweet of it’s own. The introduction part prepares you to be attention then it starts slowly as the pitches go higher at a certain level.
I wish I had enough words to describe how sweet it is. The unison singing in the same pitch at the same time gives the song more enjoyable.

What did you notice about the vocal quality?


The vocals are varied in order and quality of the vocal is fry.

Is this the kind of vocal sound we expect when we listen to any recorded piece of music for pleasure?

Actually this isn’t what we expect because now days the music can be played in different styles,either reggae or pop depending who is singing and where he or she is performing.

Does it help to view the dancers to experience this music as opposed to listening to the music by itself?


Definitely no in my opinion.

Why or why not?

Listening to music brings more attention than having to view it because the performer may sing in a different direction and style and may be in the course as he sings he is not showing how emotional the song is.
